This is not very exciting for someone uninitiated into the context like me. It's the origin story of a villain named Nine, whose main appearance is apparently in the movie My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising (a movie that I haven't seen). Though honestly, as origin stories go, this one is pretty...bland. It's literally just a conversation between Nine and some Dr. Robotnik-looking character, who is screening fem for the experimental procedure that fe undertook. The "screening" isn't even interesting or dynamic. And from what I can tell, the fact that fe partook in an experimental procedure was already known in the movie (?), so this isn't even adding any new information. In fact, I have to assume that the movie probably did an even better job of portraying things than this did, simply because this one only included a mite of information. Overall, I have to judge this as worthless. The artwork is nice though.
