It's a cute story don't get me wrong with even cuter characters, but if they set up important plot points around the mc's situation it being rare and all those stuff only for the story to truely only focus on classic oblivious characters who are clearly in love but need like 50+ chapters to realise it. Then after said 60+ chapters are up the author is like "omg i have to like expand on the things I set up in chapter 1" at the final 30 chapters. When all the previous ones have just been classive romance it feels jammed in and like troupey and falls flat because the author hasn't done enough to actually make me care about the so called demon or whatever is going on with the mc. Especially when this could have been paced better if the story was just condensed to 60 chapters many times I was reading a chapter and thinking "wow this did nothing to further the plot but oh well it was cute I guess." I am aware not every thing needs to futher the plot and I enjoyed some of the chapters like that, but at some point it felt like the author was just trying to hit every single romantic situation without being in a relationship check list. So I will say this again it's not bad but the story shouldn't have (not so) randomly started adding in exposition for stuff that was never focused on or Brought up in a meaning full capacity.
If you like tentacles you will enjoy this story cause even though it ain't explicit everything is implied.
I've read so many webtoons and comics in general but NONE have ever made me run this fast around my house. Mara and Joel are such an amazing dinamic and don't even get me started on the special episodes!!! The way the end of the special eps lead into the beginning of the real story blew up my mind and made me an instant fan. Definitely keeping up with the creators future works :)
