Even if you don't like Isekai stuff, give this one a go. The protagonist is brilliantly written.

this work is a masterpiece ,if you compare it with other Isekai genre out there this clearly stands out , the ecchi is just right and the MC focuses on his main goal

Firstly , the story is amazing and it draws you in , the use of page turning of the mangaka is outstanding .

Second , character development is 8/10 and the characters are lovable ... some of them. that particular scene surprised me , when Erious got beaten to a pulp by the kidnappers , I wasn't expecting that to happen to a heroine .

Third , the art is wonderful , hands down .

I highly recommend this , if you haven't read it yet or busy reading some other manga , I suggest you drop it first and try reading this , you won't  regret it . Oh , and it's gonna have an adaption

This series tries to spice things up in various ways. While it does follow some of isekai tropes, your isekai experience won’t prepare you on some twists and turns the story does. The first issue is main protagonist. Despite how it may seem in the beginning he isn’t portrayed in manner of typical escapism for NEETs. The series goes to extreme type of degenerated and damaged personality, with as extreme reason to be so. It makes especially in the beginning the MC look really creepy [1]. The way he was bullied is so extreme it comes as unbelievable, but it does work as way to gain sympathy from reader. In my opinion the series doesn’t try to glorify NEET lifestyle. In fact, MC is motivated by his previous experience to do exact opposite. He tries to avoid same mistakes. He has to overcome his anxieties in the process. While the MC is primary focus most of supporting characters play role in the story and even if they aren’t around, there is a chapter or few panels showing what are they doing elsewhere.
As the story starts it already shows signs of doing things different [2]. The biggest difference is not so obvious until the first arc ends [3]. The second arc is in many ways different from previous. And so is every subsequent larger segment of the story. Initially I was not a fan of that twist, but as it was elaborated and shown from various perspectives it did have some interesting things in it. Personal favourite would be, when MC returns home [4]. However, I’m not super excited about the third arc [5]. The story is following MC over several years through his new life. It has some overarching plot [6], but so far it didn’t progress much.
Aside from MC it has decently sized amount of side characters. I liked MC’s new family especially the dad. Eris even if bit stereotypical becomes gradually likable character. Princess Ariel is interesting character as she is neither completely good nor evil. Sylphiette so far, she is used mostly as the girl, who passes as a guy [7] for some reason. Roxy is likeable, but she doesn’t do for the story much in long run. Later on, the series introduces all members of the parent’s adventure party. One of them is decently written, others so far didn’t show any true depth.

Japanese difficulty 5/10 (see my profile for details about various difficulty scores)

The series is Seinen with no furigana, pretty much average Japanese isekai/fantasy manga vocabulary. I wouldn’t recommended it to beginners.

Motivated by the anime adaptation release I’ve come back to the manga adaptation after long hiatus. I’ve started to read this series a long time before. I’ve read it again up to latest existing volume 14. I’ve to say the latest arc is quite boring, expect maybe at interesting reveal in last chapter of the fourteenth volume. The series tries to have variety for better or worse. It has nothing revolutionary, but in terms of settings it’s like reading 2-3 different series combined. It has action, comedy, romance, ecchi, harem not really imho. If you like isekai series, I think you might find it enjoyable.

Spoilers

[1] Lewd toddler ogling maid and his mother does look more like something from third rated horror.

[2] The first moment of doing things different than one would expect was MC’s father infidelity with the maid. In effect MC having half-blood sibling. It strives bit away from path being idyllic isekai series. I say bit, because MC convinces parents to not separate.

[3] The catastrophe that destroys whole region and teleports MC and Eris on the opposite side of known world. It’s a plot device, but how many isekai series did have guts to do something so radical to the story.

[4] It’s the part where Eris leaves him to train. While her reasoning is dumb, it would make more sense as way to avoid arranged marriage rather than training. It had good build up and made good balance between MC being chase as holy monk or sleeping with all the girls.

[5] Magical University basically school arc.

[6] Probably some battle between gods, which is likely linked to the whole incident.

[7] In fact she is later hiding her identity and yet, again the MC doesn’t recognize her.

Dropped almost immediatly so I can't really say how the story progresses but you don't actually follow his character from birth. You see him as a baby for one second and then BOOM little kid capable of intermediate level magic. The beginning is sorta just a crappy version of The Beginning After the End. Also, warning but the kid is a little perv. Not endearing at all.
