Pretty solid, if unremarkable isekai.
I do find the other reviews to be a bit mean. It does the job, there is a plot, the characters do get developed. It's not the best, but far from the worst.
Worth trying at least.
Imagine being the only player in the world who's read a game's walkthrough guide and is able to teach those around you the optimal paths to success. That's the vibe of this manga. The main character, Second, is gathering a team (/harem) and is also training and raising them up to be the best that they can be. First, fe figures out what their growth type is (which stats grow the most quickly) and then figures out their optimal role based on that. Fe femself is an all-rounder, which means that all of feir stats will grow at an equal rate. Silvia is skewed toward feir DEX and INT, so fe will be a Magic Archer. Eco has high SP and MP, but low INT, so fe would be best suited as a Paladin. And then Yukari has high DEX, STR, INT, and LUK, which are the stats that a good Blacksmith would need. Second knows the methods and conditions for acquiring skills and uses that knowledge to create focused dungeon-grinding sessions. The manga seems to be primarily about these conditions...and about the harem growing around the supposedly good-looking Second.
Second's ultimate goal is to become this world's Number One. In order to do that, fe intends to gain the title (given after defeating the previous title-holder) for each of the five major combat skills--unarmed, shield, sword, spear, archery--and fe also intends to learn all five forms of each of the four sorcery elements--fire, water, wind, earth. Other than satisfying the conditions for learning the sub-skills and various forms, the process for doing this seems like it would just be grinding upon grinding. There is some stuff with politics that will likely lead to some people standing in feir way, and I'm sure other complications will arise during their journey together, but so far it's pretty basic. I should also mention that I didn't like how it oversimplified sorcery duels into being purely about timing.

The overall story of this manga is pretty good. The art is good on the eyes. The overall world building also pretty good. The main character personality is not something unique. He is just your ordinary isekaied dude. other then that it is a solid isekai manga with a little bit of harem and a lot of slice of life elements in it.
I guess women have to ruin everything almost every manga does this doing female domination just because they as a female think it makes them more empowered damned feminist
Why I dropped it? Well, it was like a waterfall of words to explain why a goblin sorcerer teleports someone 255km away instead of 4 km.
The most important stuff about this manga is - only the most boring stuff get an OVERKILL explanation and anything else is on turbo shortcut mode. It's likely the writer loves Irony this much. But yeah, you would have to be Isekaied to enjoy it :D
To bad because it's a decent isekai if not for the crap.
