A morality tale set to artwork that's reminiscent of old Japanese paintings. It tells the story of a hunter named Shan Gou who was taught a lesson by some spectral monkeys because of feir disregard for others. Though, fe didn't really learn feir lesson. Fe's just changed the location and scale of feir cruelties, and became more fearful of the dark. Shan Gou's character design is really neat. Feir nose looks like a dog's. Feir eyes are round with single flares off the sides and pinpoint irises. Feir sunken-in chin and discolored upper lip make feir mouth look like a beak. Fe has blackened teeth and cheeks that bulge out like they're giant boils about to burst. And two tufts of hair coming off the sides of feir balding head. Fe's a creep.
