Both manga feature MCs that change from a boy to a girl and have to live their life as the other gender while attending school. The biggest difference between the two is that the MC in Onii-chan wa Oshimai cares about changing into a girl but the MC in Mendokusagari Danshi doesn't care at all.

Both feature a very lazy and sleepy main character with the people around them supporting them. Both MCs only prioritize sleeping and can't be bothered by anything else. They just want to take it easy. Both have suggested to their "caretaker" (the best friend/roommate who have been taking care of them) to continue supporting them in the future by marrying them. Plus, both Tanaka-kun and Yasuda-kun look really similar and make similar facial expressions.
