Meiji Koko no Ko

It's the Meiji era (1868-1912). Tokyo has just become the imperial capital, and is the sign that a brilliant new age has dawned. But lurking in its shadows are some very eerie beings, whose motto is "an eye for an eye, a ghost for a ghost." In order to take on these cases that can't be handled with mere human strength, Kawaji Toshiyoshi - father of the modern Japanese police - organizes a special police force with a Nine-Tailed Fox; the strongest of all Japanese mythological creatures. But the nine tails on this one are completely worn out...?!
