Some manga should come with a rape warning, and this is one of them. It's about a fickle girl who starts dating her childhood friend who has been stalking her for years, and is controlling. At one point he even ties her painfully to tree and rapes her. In the end she forgives him, decides he was just showing his "love" and it ends with them back together. Even in the short story at the end the characters are awful and the guy is a straight up sociopath.
