Mega Dragon & Tiger

In 1999, asteroids bombard the earth and the world is plunged into chaos. From the ashes, a new society arises where only the strong survive. In this society, scientists give the elite superpowers, while the weak are left at their mercy. These elites rule the world with an iron fist. In 2020, two heroes rise up to battle the injustice of the elite and restore peace. They are known as Mega Dragon and Tiger.
