Kim Jihyun, who lived his life as a disreputable surgeon, gains a second chance to relive his life. He then goes back to his middle school days, and live his life to the fullest unlike before, he studies nonstop. His goal is to become a dermatologist who make lots of money instead of the poor surgeon he was from previous life!
Okay. It started quite qood , but after 40 chapters it gets borring. So I will shortly explain what is wrong with this manhwa. Story The story is good , THE IDEA is good. A character comes back to it's younger self after having a miserable life. It's a chance to start all over , right? The thing that the story is lacking is PURPOSE AND GOAL. Almost all 10-12 chapters are all about bullying and overcoming past bullying problems. The next chapters are about getting medical degree AGAIN and at the same time the MAIN CHARACTER is trying to think how to not make same mistakes. But he is being Bullied kinda secretly AGAIN. So after chapter 30 the main character is just being DUMB rejecting all good job offers and is aiming for something SAFE. SPOILER * WTF? YOu could be the Director of a DRUG COMPANY and you chose to be a DERMATOLOGIST ?????? * SPOILER END This is making me mad so I will drop at chapter 41 - because THIS IS STUPID!!! Art The art is relatively good. It is easy to read and the environment looks realistic. And , It is colourful so I gave it a 9. OVERALL I expected a lot more action. Expecially from a "reborn" character. HE basically has memory and knowledge from his past life and is aiming for the most borring life you could imagine XD I am dissapointed. T.T
It's so good despite sounding kind of lame! The art is very nice and the characters are surprisingly well thought out. The way the story is conveyed to the reader makes it that cou can't stop reading. It's not quite Solo Leveling level to me, but it isn't far off. Definitely recommend!!
The story started off quite well honestly, it was interesting high the high school days with him overcoming Sangmin, his (the buildup to his) relationship with Haemi, etc. It was also good during the part when he went to medical school/became a doctor and did some amazing things, and got the name "Miracle Kim" The thing that made me really annoyed about this manwha and got on my nerves is: How much the author pulled the Miracle Kim thing every chapter. It was ok at first but when the author continued this schtick for so long multiple times each chapter, it gets really annoying as time goes on. The story doesn't really have a true path right now. The only thing that makes this story readable is the rivalry with Sangmin, and his relationship with Haemi. Those two more or less disappered when he went to America, and we had to deal with some really dry chapters. The author tried to introduce some aditional women because they knew that it was dry, but that in itself cant really cover an inept story There are no characters that really took a shine to me except for the girl that the MC dated in her previous life and Haemi. It's kinda sad how she always ended up in a bad situation, first with the MC in his original life, then with Sangmin. Even then, she's just a really nice girl. Meanwhile, I could find 50 different versions of the MC and Sangmin in other manwhas and just replace the remaining characters with shadows that only say the words "Miracle Kim is amazing" and the story will more of less be the same The thing that really saved this manwha in my books is the art. I am a sucker for amazing art, which is the only reason I've read this for as long as I have, and it's the only reason it's getting a 7 rather than a 6 or 5.
