Centers on Soyo Kusunoki, a middle school student who doesn't stand out, but whom everyone recognizes as a good person. She has a crush on Ryouhei, the student council president. But when the multi-talented but socially inept transfer student Risa Mamika enters Soyo's life, it begins to change. In truth, Risa is a witch from the demon world who has come to the human world to fulfill a certain objective. When Soyo begins helping Risa out, she begins to confide her inner feelings to Risa, when previously she had kept them to herself.
