Kanako likes magic, and her dream to work in the country's largest Magic Company is fulfilled. However, the department she is in has almost nothing to do with the main branch, because Second Research consists of no one but a bunch of slackers. In order to improve their department's image, Kanaka tries her best to encourage her teammates to produce new magic items and to help them while improving her own magic skills.
