Thus starts a forbidden relationship between a police officer and a yakuza.
Alright, so here I go... I like BL manga. Yup. That's why I started reading this. I am very happy I did. Kotetsuko Yamamoto is a very experienced BL writer and this is clearly shown in Honto Yajuu. I'm not gonna spoil anything so don't worry. The story of this fucking BL is gold. The characters are hot. There are the funny moments and the serious ones but Aki (one of the main characters) just kind of makes the whole thing have a semi ridiculous undertone. Ueda is an absolutely bombastic seme. Reading each chapter wasn't painful since the relationship starts pretty much right away. Totally worth reading, totally worth the hot anime boys. Peace out - Cheese Whiz
This author and this series is honestly my favorite. I know I tend to rate manga highly but this one completely deserves. I recommend it to those who like shounen-ai. There are a few sex scenes but not overly so and they don't show much either. The story is great and the plot is smooth. It honestly is one of the best.
Sweet, sexy, and shameless suits. Honestly, it is really good, and should have been animated. Aside from the Love At First Sight (via underwear theft), head injuries, and other silly moments; typical manga. It is an amazing series. The characters are genuinely interesting and memorable, especially the two leads; who meet obstacles head on, and overcome their problems with open and honest communication. The plot is Slice of Life, well, as much as you can be when most of the cast are Yakuza. Speaking of which, the Yakuza are often goofballs with each other, like any family, but serious and feared when they in public. Love the series. Honestly, out of all the manga I have read, and all the anime I have seen, I would recommend this one first for a great BL story.
