Oh my god. I loved it.It was great. Amazing. The complexity of the story the plot. And listen I usually can't sit and stay and watch/read the side story of the other couple's stories because it's not as interesting or I can't bear it. BUT I STAYED. AND ON TOP OF THAT I WAS THERE EVERY MOMENT EVERY SENE. That is saying something and also it was just as good as the main story maybe if the main story was a little bit more low-key. Then the side story would have topped the main story (which didn't happen). The relationships are soo good and well-plotted. I'm really excited after reading this because it's just something that makes you feel good and happy because it was such a good read. I can't say there's anything wrong with this story in my eyes. But if I have to be more critical, the story could have been longer, there could have been more bumps in the road for the main couple, more information to do with the actual job like the real work, and most of all it could have been more complex overall. It was really simple and had a semi-good/happy ending(personally I liked it, it was just because of the cost/weight the characters have/had to deal with for them to gain their happy/good ending. It kinda makes you feel sad/bad"the cost of their happiness came at a heavy price ") But that's it if I'm being critical. I really enjoyed this and if you want something dramatic, simple,semi-happy, and smutty. That takes maybe 3 hours to read. Then this is it.  I would rate this a 10 but nobody and nothing is perfect lol.   :D

Please be mindful of the following trigger warning: it includes multiple partners, group sex, sexual assault, and rape. This manga portrayed how difficult being an omega is. It also shows how they are treated in the workplace and discriminated against by alphas.

Takaba is an alpha and hates omegas. As a result of his trauma, he witnessed his father sell his body in exchange for money to raise his children. However, Karasuma, an omega who is working in a high position that he recently transferred to, is his boss. He's been living his entire life hating alphas and using his body to further his career and gain control of power. Although I still feel uncomfortable with his way of making deals for the company. Of course, I understand his reason, and I really appreciate that he's going against being a stereotypical omega, but I still condemn the act. On the other hand, I think part of why Karasuma had to sell his body is that no matter how talented he is as an employee, he wouldn't get recognized because he's an omega. It's sad to think he still needed to bribe his superior and client for the sake of his ideas to be considered. I am also highly pissed at the superiors since they are mostly encouraging it.

As the story progresses, I learn that Karasuma's father was the source of his hatred towards alphas (i.e., he paid more attention to his alpha brother). He hated the alphas that made the distance between him and his father even wider (i.e., his brother, the alpha who blamed him for being in heat and his tutor). It seems that his father created the hole in Karasuma's life by treating him exactly like an omega. He gave Tobinaga his first love, the first alpha that appreciated him, the first to break his walls, a chance to fulfill it but made it even bigger.  I also assumed that the concept of love was thrown in the trash in Karasuma's head. But not anymore, since the void has been filled by Takaba, his fated partner. Despite how heavy the story is, I'm so glad that Takaba transferred to the place where Karasuma works. The moment he tells Karasuma to treasure himself more to the "Before we are alpha and omega, we are human beings, right?" which makes him a walking green in my sight, and the first conversation he had with Tobinaga where they talked about Karasuma's past was a good turning point in the story. He also became more curious, or even more aware of what had made Karasuma the person he was.

I actually love the fact that Tabaka snipped Karasuma's hair to show off the bite mark but also sends a message to everyone that he's off limits. I do hope that somehow, with Takaba pairing with him, any matters related to his work are dealt with in a better way. However, I only have one problem with Kusabi-Sensei. Her characters are almost all alike; there are only slight differences that I sometimes get confused about.
