Kurozuka - Reviews

I thought this was a good manga. Not great and not bad; just good. The art is the best thing going for it. This is based off of a novel, which I haven't read, so I'll be judging it solely as a manga. The story was a bit confusing in the beginning but you get the hang of it soon enough. The gist of it is a romance between vampieres that spans centuries, but there is also some sci fi action going on. The action was fine. I could keep up with most of it. My issues are with the story and characters. The whole thing(40 chapter, 10 volume story) felt like a prologue. It felt rushed at the end and I wanted more. The character also didn't have a lot of development. This flet like a plot driven story more thna a character driven story. It was decent, but when it ended, i was frustrated because there was so much room for more. There was so much potential for it to be epic.
