Koi to Kedama to Otonari-san

Office worker Ichinose loves cats, but he has a hard time making friends with other people. He meets Tsuchiya Takeshi, a fellow cat lover who lives in his apartment complex, and is delighted when Tsuchiya tells him he's welcome to visit anytime to play with his cat, Maru. Ichinose finds himself enjoying the time he spends with Tsuchiya and Maru, but fails to notice that Tsuchiya is falling in love with him - until Tsuchiya shocks him with a kiss! Will these neighbors become a purr-fect couple?
