This felt really messed up to me in terms of the romance. I gave it a try because I like tragic and heartbreaking backstories for main characters but the guy the main character ends up with treats him practically the same as his boss who traumatized him in the beginning! The only difference being that he likes his voice unlike the old boss who didn't like his voice. They try to pass him forcing himself on the mc as romantic simply because he tells him he likes his voice but excuse me?! He literally tries to entrap the mc into something sexual using blackmail just like the original traumitizer did?!! How is this romantic?! How is this okay?! Sorry not sorry for spoilers by the way. This whole thing needs a trigger warning anyways. If sexual assault and blackmail gets you hot and bothered this is for you but if you have a problem with things like this like I do, I suggest you avoid this one.
