This is slightly different from modern Harem stories. It really Leans in on the Ecchi side, being like a Softcore Hentai. With Keita making out with both his sisters and his teachers, getting into different ecchi situations with them. This is not to be taken seriously. Due to the absurd nature of the manga it kinda elevates itself from being trash. 

This is considerably diffrent from trash like Eromanga Sensei. Possibly due to some actual moments of genuine human connection, present in the story. Reading through you will wanna root for your favorite girl. And hope she gets a happy ending *wink wink*
