Yamada may be shy and rather clumsy, but the flower gardens at her school have always brought her happiness. Suddenly, a different sort of beauty catches her eye—the vivacious track star, Kase-san. Although the two girls don't seem to have much in common, they soon start a romance where each must learn an important lesson in tending their budding relationship. Can the two girls, so different from each other, learn how to make their first love blossom?

This is still ongoing it hasn't ended. I haven't read many manga but so far this is the cutest I've read so far. Not only that but Asagao to Kase-san is so pure and vanilla that it's a joy to read something thats not complicated and is pretty simple. Minor spoilers: That being said it does lack the conflict and drama that I'm used to, it doesn't hinder the story but everytime there is drama or a conflict it's resolved easily. I really enjoy this cute story of the girls falling in love as I've said it's vanilla; girl A likes girl B they start dating, simple stuff. I would recommend this to starters interested in the Yuri or shoujo-ai genre it's pretty basic, pure, and wholesome; for advanced readers if you haven't read this then I say if you want a cute story without a lot of drama then read this. Bigger spoilers: what I enjoy most is Yamada's description of Kase and eventually their relationship over the series, it's basically the same message but every verse has a subtle change or phrasing and it grows with their relationship as well. It's super cute and it's better if you experience that for yourselves.
Truly, a work of art If you like romantic mangas, this manga is for you Its about this girls who started dating and the small problems they have to overcome, but mostly about their love and it's just SO CUTE This manga hasnt ended yet but it's updated very slowly (like 1 chapter every 1-2 months) but it has many chapters so far so i'ts GREAT
This was such an adorable read. Kase was one of the most likable characters; an athletic, dedicated, charismatic, honest, lively and attractive horndog! Honestly, she was so freaking horny all the time, it was strangely adorable. She got her share of character development as well. Yamada, though, was the weak point of the manga for me. I mean it's fine that she is one of those clumsy, ditzy archetypes but she needed to get some growth during the course of the story. She was pretty much the same throughout and while I initially found her to be really cute, she kinda wore me out by the middle. The other characters were much more interesting. I would've preferred to have Yamada develop during the story and become someone on a level comparable to Kase but sadly, that didn't happen. Also, the chemistry between the two is kinda lukewarm. I hope it gets better in the sequel.
