Kamen rider black is the kamen rider ishinomori always wanted.1. LoreThe history of the 1st volume follows kotaro minami awakening naked in new york don't remembering nothing after he watches a homeless drunk dies to a monster the history cuts to a tv crew going to the sewers of new york investigate monsters and then kotaro meets with the news crew and after a crocodile monster attacks he transforms into a locust mutant.2. ArtModern medium weebs love to attack ishinomori and tezuka art syle for being too cartoony and already thinks is a kids manga just for the art style. This kind of weeb never actually read one of ishinomori or tezuka mangas. In kamen rider black we have ishinomori art style but for the surprise for the modern medium weeb it's gore can be compared to a modern seinen. The art itself is amazing with the style working both for comic moments and tense moments example:3.
