They are both about a girl who was offered to be adopted by the a Duke to act as their daughter, but after the Duke archives his goal he kills off the girl and they return back in time to get revenge on the Duke and his family and change their fates

Ant1989 Ant1989 says...

Similar story with both having a common person taking the place of the daughter of a powerful man, dying, and then coming back in time.

Saying that, I think Shadow Queen is far better than Please Leave Me Be, since it has better characters, and it doesn't rely on a perfect guy to save the day because he took an interest in the Female Lead. I prefer stories that the main characters do things instead of just following the plot. So I recommend Shadow Queen for those who liked Please Leave Me Be, but not the other way around.

Love is easy as the heroine, but as the hated villainess, I’m trying very hard not to die… at the hands of my brothers… the prince… a fork… every possible ending is death! This world is stacked against me, but can my wits and insider game knowledge score the affection of these male characters? Or the reset button???

Similarities between both regarding having suffered through abuse and disrespect from 'family members' and staff. Additionally, both FL are strong and do what they can to live a good life by taking matters into their own hands.

they are both about a sweet and amazing girl being abused by her adoptive family, both have the reincarnation trope and both are just really good.

Pretty similar setup, a girl is in a bad situation, then time travels back to a younger self (second chance style) to do things over. The MC is motivated by a different thing in each (revenge vs redemption) but they definitely have similar themes, plus lots of nobility shenanigans. Please Throw me Away is just way better, though.

In both, the girl dies, wakes up as a younger self via the second chance trope, decides to study medicine to save someone important (herself in Coddled, her mother in Please). Please Throw me Away is just exponentially better on all levels.
