If you're a fan of innocent romance series, you should definitely check out Itoshi no Karin and Futari no Renai Shoka. Both feature romance between a high school student and a young adult, but the age gap is not big and more importantly, the older character is not a teacher(!). Note that Itoshi no Karin has older male lead, but Futari no Renai Shoka has older female lead.
