I'll lay it out fast and quick as long as it takes you to read this is how fast you can read a chapter. First quarter of every chapter is a recap that he's a high school student. Every single chapter. Next quarter story, and the next it's a sexual delusion. If you're lucky you'll get a continuation of the story but most likely it'll be a panel correcting to what actually happened. I mean seriously it's okay to be horny and like some spice in your reading but every single chapter man. And it's always a delusion. Sometimes it's apparently what's happening but for 103 chapters I promise you... it's a delusion. Worst part. If there are 13 heroines 12 are willing and the other would honestly take or leave it if he wasn't such a horny teenager. Also way to much ntr probability for me. If you're going to have a harem and they have the possibility of getting r*ped once every 10 chapters get better or give it up.

Dropped after like 40-50 chapters.  Too much NTR bait and "love interests" being sexually assaulted. In order to try and constantly have "lewd" all female characters are constantly stripped and in probably every fight with "intelligent" (and some instinctual) beings the women are groped and licked etc. etc. And also constant "Haha I'll r*pe your woman in front of you" just to anger MC.  Also although MC does do "lewd" things (using hands and magical tentacles he makes/controls) with his women, he is never (so far, and I imagine for the rest) able to actually "go all the way" because of there is no contraceptive or suddenly someone/something inturrupts. He does have a lot of "fantasies" of doing it though.  I liked other parts of it, entertaining for OP MC with a harem, but it was just too much for me

It is annoying as hell, in the beginning it was a bit funny but it gets annoying real quickly. Even if you have nothing else to do, don't read this, unless you really have nothing else to do. **spoiler** Yuuto(MC) pays debt for a girl and the girl becomes his slave, feels a bit weird but yeah anything is possible. He is looking for conception and does not do it with the girls, understandable but not everytime the author can give this excuse for not doing. Then he meets Beel(a demon girl), she for falls for the MC and they are about to do it after fighting a monster and someone interrupts them, understandable because they were in a dungeon I guess. But then later they are in their room and again they are interrupted. This makes this really annoying. The story shows us a hope that this time is going to loose his virginity but then something goes wrong and he fails.
