Isekai Kitchen: Arasa Eiyoushi no Second Life

Asayama Touya, a registered dietician, is suddenly sent to another world with his little sister Momoka. They stumble across a restaurant specializing in healthy food, but it ends up that the people of this world believe that food can't be healthy and taste good at the same time. Armed with his knowledge as a dietician, Touya begins working at the restaurant in hopes of changing the world's view of food and healthy eating.

It's a pleasant read, mostly about people around mc who have problems with there nutrition and mc solves it he has 3 skills he wished for or choose from a book 📚 given by God who is currently with mc & his sister it's kinda like a isikai Slice of Life manga .

It was OK. Pretty bland with 0 plot development, but it only took an hour to read and I didn't feel like the time was moving slowly. Nothing much to say about this, honestly. Average short isekai. 7/10 wouldn't read again Trigger warnings: fatphobia
