Opening a Café in Another World

It's a feel good manga about a woman who gets teleported to another world where magic and spirits exist, but the development of food is severely lacking. Stale bread, soggy salads, salty soups, and no sweets of any kind. A true tragedy. So, fed up with the slop they call food, she decides to make her own dishes and takes the culinary world by storm, reinventing the meaning of food and bringing others together along the way on her quest to make the world just a little more sweeter. It's a light, fluffy story about food, friendship, and compassion. I'm really enjoying it so far. The pacing is a bit rushed at times, but I think the story and interesting way they integrate recipes into the manga make up for it. They even add some backing recipies at the end of some chapters, which I think is pretty cool and unique. I'm currently on chapter 12, but I look forward to how the manga progresses from here.

Kind of boring and Risa, the MC, was so overly sweet and flawless it made me a little nauseous. Actually the writer seemed to make every character overly perfect it was gross, even the ones that made mistakes.
