Both series feature a master-servant relationship between a guy and a girl in which the roles are somewhat inversed (the supposed servant acts sometimes like he is a master in a master-pet relationship). Although Inu x Boku SS is not classified as shoujo (due to how demographics work) it might as well pass for one. If you liked one of the series, you might find the other one enjoyable as well.

Similar feel of protagonists, just one is fantasy based.  JAhU pretty much summed it up so I don't want to say much more and leave spoilers.

Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You

Kimi ni Todoke: From Me to You

Sawako Kuronuma is just like any other high school girl who wants to make friends and be useful. The only problem is she bears a worrying resemblance to Sadako from 'The Ring!' Because of her reputation, people are not only terrified of her, but small dogs even bark in fear at her presence; in fact, the only person in school who will talk to her is the lively class hottie, Kazehaya. As the pair spends more time together, Kazehaya slowly begins to bring Sawako out of her shell and soon their feelings for each other develop further. Though with her crippling insecurities, lack of social skills, and a series of cruel rumors and misunderstandings, it seems that Sawako's dream of a normal life won’t be quite so easy to obtain.

Both of these series revolve around a girl who scares off the people around her, yet who secretly wants to be well-liked. Some of the people around each girl slowly begin to pull her out of her shell.

Similar in that both manga have a "rich girl" and "bodyguard" scenario, where the bodyguard seems to protect her almost in excess.YoukoXBokuSS has more elements of humor in it than Shinobi Life (which is far more focused on romance and the timetravel theme), however...

Both manga feature an odd mixture of shoujo and shounen. In both series the female lead is short and socially awkward, while the male lead is tall. What's more, in both series the male lead declares himself the girl's servant, but he isn't all that keen on following the girl's orders. Both manga seem like they would appeal to the same kind of audience, so if you liked one, you'll probably like the other one too.

If you liked one, you'll love the other. Both of those manga have art that screams shoujo, even though both are targeted at males (one is shounen the other is seinen). In both a socially awkward loli has a bishounen guardian of sorts. Although he is supposed to be the servant of the girl, his behavior would indicate otherwise. Both feature supernatural themes rooted in Japanese mythology. The only surprising part is the fact that Kudamimi no Neko wasn't written by Fujiwara Kokoa.

JAhU JAhU says...

Story wise Youko x Boku SS and Muni-Kiss are not extremely similar, but both of the authors seem to utilize the same style. Both draw shoujoesque manga targeted at males. They look shoujo, but bishounens are paired up with lolies here, there might be a little fanservice and there are quite a few action scenes (all of which are rare in shoujo manga). So, if you liked one and want more of the same (albeit not entirely the same), try the other series.

Kamisama Kiss

Kamisama Kiss

That is, until she meets a mysterious stranger in the park who deems her the new goddess of a local shrine! Unfortunately, Nanami’s new home is occupied by Tomoe, a fox familiar who objects to the presence of a mere mortal and immediately begins to bicker with the girl. If she can manage to form a contract with the troublesome man, he’ll be obligated to accept and help her perform her duties. But there’s a catch: Nanami has to kiss him first, and who’d want to lock lips with that awful guy?!

If you liked Inu x Boku SS or Kamisama Kiss, you'd like the other because they both feature young maidens who have problems, but overcome them through personal growth and their relationships with a 9-tailed fox (as well as others around them). Both are set in a world where mythical beings and normal humans co-exist, and cover that interaction. Both are romantic comedies and feature mild combat scenes, though combat is not their focus.

Inu x Boku is more supernatural involving characters with the reincarnated power of youkais, but both share the core dynamic of an upper-class high school girl trying to navigate her relationship with an older bodyguard who's kinda overprotective, kinda obsessive, kinda yandere, kinda entirely emotionally reliant on having her happiness to dedicate his whole life to at any given time to maintain their sense of self.
