If you're looking for manga similar to Not-Sew-Wicked Stepmom, you might like these titles.
We all know the fairytale: the glass slipper, the not-so-pretty stepsisters, and a night with the prince until the clock strikes midnight. I have been reincarnated into that classic story, not as Cinderella, but as her “wicked” stepmother! Widowed twice by age 37 and with three daughters, my goal is to make sure all will have suitable partners and their own happily ever afters... and maybe a nice future for me as well! But who is this handsome young baron that keeps approaching me?

Same Princess Tale theme, both protagonists reincarnated as the villainous stepmother and trying to raise their daughters the best as they can
Same topic of evil step-mothers from fairy tale behaving as good paraents and by that breaking the story, replacing it their own way for happy ending.
Great plot. Both are trying their best to raise their daughters mostly the AWTCS I love how Mildred's having her own lovelife with Mr. Wilford. Their chemistry is just so cute 🥰
If you liked one, you'd like the other because
Both are fairytale themed stories
In both stories, MC has a stepdaughter. Though in Cinderella's stepmom, she also has real daughters while in not-sew-wicked, there's only one stepdaughter.
In both stories, ML falls for the MC though both MC weren't really looking for their own happiness but only their children's happiness.
Similar kind of read. Both a different take on a "stepmother" story. Chuckles and laughs await with both.
In my real life, I was happy fawning over Abel Louvremont, the main character of my favorite book ‘Persona.’ But after a fateful car accident, I woke up in ‘Persona,’ but when Abel is still a precious child. Now, as Aisha Heathcliff, I can fangirl adorable Abel up close, squee!! I’ll do anything I can to make sure he is taken care of and gets what he needs! And, somehow, that means I’m engaged to... his dad?!

Both have reincarnated protagonists that fan over their adopted child. They are both very cute, fun reads.
Both are people who end up being reincarnated into their favorite book and are fangirls of the children in said novel. They both assume the role of a mother to their children and love them deeply. It is this love that also garners the attention of the male lead, the father of the children.
both FL fangirl over the child even though she isn't the mother
ML is confused at first and doubt FL's intentions
both are cute read

Summoned into her favorite novel as the infamous Duchess Roselia Chade, Haena is bathed in riches, power, and a family of her own. Life couldn’t be better, save for the small detail that her beloved stepson, Einspanner Chade, is also the evil mastermind destined to kill her. At this point in the story Ein is still just an adorable child yet to reach his cruel awakening, and so Roselia is determined to stop him from becoming a ruthless killer. But with the duke getting in her way and trying to poison his own son, safely raising a child that was primed for villainy may prove harder than she originally thought. The survival of both mother and child depends on whether Roselia can successfully rewrite their tragic ending.

Both they have princess tale theme, but war of the princesses the protagonist have been reincarnated as the protagonist of her own tale and put to fight with other princesses that have the same backstory, while I'm Only a Stepmother the protagonist is reincarnated as the villainess and have only to scape the suspicion of her husband and spoil her daughter

Same fairytale theme, but in different tales and different solutions of the problem: while in I'm Only a Stepmother the protagonist wants to spoil the main character of the tale, in Follow the Bread Crumbs happens otherwise: the siblings doesn't want to get anywhere without the protagonist.

I woke up inside my favorite novel, not as the protagonist, Luca Winterwald, but as Judith, his abusive aunt and the first character to die—time for a rewrite! I’ll hand Luca off to his loving, long-lost uncle as scripted, and then live my own life far from danger. At least, that was the plan. When his uncle arrives, Luca suddenly calls out, “Don’t leave!” Now, I must protect Luca from impending family tragedy, raise him to become the hero, and turn this villainess’s ending upside down!
