I can safely say that this ain't it. Nope. Not even in the slightest. Pure waste of time. The art is subpar and not appealing at all but that's to be expected with manhua anyway.

The story wants to follow a kind of Overlord (the original) route but does it so badly you'll want to punch the author. The flow is just weird. You jump from one place to another without knowing anything about the world. Why is there a war? Why are they fighting? What is that world? And as if it wasn't enough you have the MC who's as clueless as us readers. He absolutely doesn't know anything. Normally you (the author) would have him learn things organically but nope, he is just put into action directly and acts wimpy and weak. But because the author clearly doesn't know how to write a character they just had him learn about the world overnight by staying in a library and suddenly he becomes cool and strong just because.

I don't like making comparison but I have to here. In Overlord we have the setting of the world as soon as we start reading, we have an OP but still clueless character, his subordinates are well developed with each a different personality, the world is slowly introduced and done in such a captivating way that you'll want to know more. Unlike this one with a weak MC, average subordinates, very bad art, no foundational storyline and obviously non-existent proper world building.

This manhua is good and i had enjoyed reading it.

And it is not a overlord ripoff, it is very different from it.

Well the starting story will be slow not like any other story where MC gets OP at start . It is very different and the story slowly picks up the pace , ofcourse at start it will be slow but by reading more chaps u will definitely enjoy it.

This is my opinion.This manhua is different from normal manhuas in presenting the story which I liked and the plot is not a rip off  from overlord but the characters are somewhat.Here Mc's soul(who was a high school genius boy died in an accident) transmigrate to  another world  in a overlord's body in the middle of a battle against humans.Mc got confused and messed up everything but still manage to act as an overlord.Mc is still not strong enough(upto ch 21) and lack strength and confidence but is a genius in decoding in magic spells(using his computer programming knowledge don't know how 😅) and so he is strenthening himself to become a overlord.Story is still somewhat lacking and the characters are also but then also it deserves a try. I recommend to give it a shot.

Dont let the negative reviews fool you i made mine 80 chapters in and i gotta say its not bad at all they dont leave you wondering about the earth side while continueing the main story and overall its a little refreshing that the mc has potential but isnt outright op.

The MC is too dumb for me, I let the fact that he was booty pass since he kinda got better after gaining a little bit of knowledge which he did in a trash way but okay. However, I cannot accept the decisions he is making with a certain character that is so blatantly not to be trusted. Like the MC really needs to grow a pair and take this mans out but instead of doing that he just elevates the man providing him more power then want to sit all surprised Pikachu faced when it backfires. SMDH.
