Also set in a fantasy land, these two attract readers of the same kind. One is set in modern day while the other... well, I haven't finished it, so I'm not completly sure!
If you have enjoyed half prince, you'll greatly enjoy "Id" as they have very simliar setting and they both are heavy on elements of Fantasy. Id has a greater focus on the battles then 1/2 prince.

both of them have those light comedy moments..both seem like a light anime at first but go on to explore darker concepts..both somehow give out the same feeling when you read them..the action scenes are also kind of similar

Both protagonists are super strong martial artists that are transported to a Western Medieval Fantasy World from an Eastern Fantasy World.
They both struggle to figure out what magic is thinking its some form of ki (energy) and both join a party of your typical DnD adventurers (you have a wizard, warrior, priest etc...).

One of the boys at the party was so angry that he changed Silver's parents, the King and Queen, into stone. In order to break the curse and save her parents, Silver decided to set on a journey to locate the boy. Together with her companions, Silver begins her adventure.
