It has more of a comedic start, but it slowly transitions into a rather thoughtful series. The characters (the main character especially) are incredibly human and relatable. It's an interesting take on what would happen if your average decent person was born with the power to easily crush buildings--and not in a wish-fulfillment sort of way. The protagonist, Naga, is very hard to corrupt, not because he's a great person, but because he's a good person. It also has my favorite female character in all of manga--the chief. She's pure kickass.

The art is as good as it needs to be. I wouldn't read it for the art alone; it's not flashy or complicated, but it conveys the emotions and the story well, and there is nothing to object to. In important moments, the relatively simple art of the series is often more effective than other comics with much fancier art. Basically, without the story and characters, it wouldn't be a draw, but it holds its own.

The story doesn't drag, and holds everything together well. It takes a while to take off (before, it has lots of little mini-stories which are quite entertaining) and it's creative.

Anyway, I'd give it a 10/10 overall, mainly for the characters, but it isn't held back by anything.

8/10 story
