ML in the male's little lion daughter gave me a bit of Clyde vibes at first

I love how ML dots on her over time

this one is more about father/daughter than romance (unlike WMMAP have some romance components)

so if you are looking for a story line of father/daughter bonding this is a great read

storyline is kinda the same too.

Jade123456789 Jade123456789 says...

I think these are similar in the fact their fathers are more...dark? They are more of dark heros, if that makes sense. They are the heros but they kill people and aren't all "if you kill people your no different then the people you fight against" and all. But they are different when you think about the MCs the girl in 'I became the male leads adopted daughter' is alot like her dad. She is violent and brash, and isnt afraid of getting her hands dirty, this is how she got the love of her dad. 'How to be a dark heros daughter' is almost the complete opposite. She got her father's love by being kind and sweet and soft and lovable. Don't get me wrong and I became the male leads adopted daughter the MC is lovable also, but in a different way.  Anyway, both stories are great and I 100% recommend!

They actually look the same XD

The difference are that IBTMLAD are niece and uncle pair where the uncle adopts his niece unknowingly (when he adopted her, he did not know that it was his niece). Where as MDD is a legit Father and Daughter pair.

The similarities are that IBTMLAD and MDD's main pair both think alike. No cutesy act, but cold mature demeanor.

LuluCrystal LuluCrystal says...

The mcs both look really similar, and both are aware of the future in one form or another. Both are extremely cheeky and a lot of fun to watch, interacting with their fathers. And for both of them, their fathers are feared and revered.

Honestly, I just really like these two, and as soon as I saw the two covers and started reading the story, my mind started to link the two together. If you like cheeky little girls with black hair and terrifying fathers, you'll like Monster Duke's Daughter!

The basics of the adoption plot line is very similar. While one is transincarnation and the other is reincarnation into the same world, it's got the "adult putting minimal effort into acting like a kid" vibe. Both kids are strong but not OP. Over all both a good read

- ruthless with a cloud of menace father

- the daughter is a hidden child of the family

- the dukedom is overpowered same as the family explicit power

In case of the 'I became...' the girl is bad ass from the start and although both share the reincarnation part only 'I became...' is based on a novel. I think 'I became is a lot better in many ways. No delayed story plots for the sake of the family introduction.

When I first came into the book, my goal was just to survive. ‘I have to live longer! Long and be happy!’ So I did my best. I am going to walk on my own flower path. “Wherever I go, the seat next to you is mine. You promised to pat my head for the rest of your life, isn’t that right?” The strongest male character, who was stabbed to death in the original novel, stared at me with obsessive eyes. If I say no, he will destroy the world. “Yes, I’ll kill him. Then you’ll be happy, too, right?” The fifth brother looked a bit crazy. “This is my land from here to here. And yours, too. I’m glad to be able to breathe with your grandest dreams.” The fourth oldest sister, who became the richest woman on the continent, opened the map and said that...
