There is no plot. The language is an unintelligible gibberish almost like a code. The only good things about this manga are that the art style is very cool and it's only 12 pages long. There are scenes of murder and torture. Mutilated bodies seem to be the most common running theme. That really is the entire thing.
This is the story of a harmonica and peeled faces. I assume it has additional significance and meaning if you've played the video game it's based on (which is apparently "Shadows of the Damned"), but devoid of any context, it feels indulgent and obtuse. You can create a manga that doesn't rely on narration or dialogue (see Gon), but it does require skill as a storyteller and this manga artist obviously does not have that. I think the only people who would enjoy this for anything other than its creepy, yet fantastic, art are fans of the video game.
