+Same idea of obtaining a class choice based on what you do before you obtain the class, and then advancing that class to a few difrent choices when you eventually get strong enough.
+A large amount of people gathering and creating settlements in hard times to avoid monsters that can kill any non-combatants easily much like in the tutorial zone, but in this one the MC doesn't join any settlements.
+Difrent MC personalities but this MC also doesn't really care about other people's death and does what is benefical to him, though he is a lot less analytical, can actually fight and isn't 10/10 actor.
This is very much like the tutorial zone, but if the MC doesn't settle down, there isn't a regressor and the scenery is a broken down city instead of the forest and dungeon. I personally liked both so I suggest it.
Btw, at first the MC doesn't have any human companions and only has an animal by his side but he does get one later on.

The protagonist in "How to Use a Returner" is an evil and manipulative guy who is suddenly summoned to an RPG-like world and he decided to become an ally of a person who re-arrived in this world and has useful knowledge and skills, while the protagonist in "Dusk Howler" is a kind and naive guy who started playing a VRMMORPG game in order to overcome his social phobia, but in this game he accidentally agreed to become a pupil of an evil and manipulative guy (deuteragonist) who is the best player killer on the server.
The protagonist in "How to Use a Returner" has the ability to see other people's stats, while the deuteragonist in "Dusk Howler" has a powerful intuition that helps him predict other people's behavior.
