Cute, light-hearted love triangle romcom with a share of edutainment (about candy/Hokkaido). Dosanko Gyaru has a lot more ecchi in it but they're still very similar.
Seto is a serious kid who leads a quiet High-school life, until he starts to get teased by resident Gal Anjo.

i love this manga because gals are my type and some aren't but sometimes being with gals are just so awsome cause you can be he/she's friend or girlfriend or boyfriend and most of all gals are just so too cute. that's why i love gals.

Both series feature 2 main characters that consists an average guy and a beautiful gyaru, And the situations they seem to find themselves in.
Both series have quite a bit of fan service, but somehow manage to be incredibly wholesome at the same time.
If you like the tone or dynamic of the main characters in one series, I recommend giving the other a try.
Spring. The "season of love" has arrived and it seems that finding himself a girlfriend was harder than Jun’ichi believed. Both are slice-of-life rom-coms featuring gyaru, with stellar art that focuses on detailed eyes and lips. While 'Hokkaido Gals' is more wholesome and focuses on the highschool romance aspect, it seems like (judging by the first chapter) 'orima Minshuku Yadori-teki na' will be more of a fanservice comedy with a teasing female lead.If you're a fan of gyaru, you're sure to like both, even if just for the art.
Mozu Sousuke is fired from his job as an model and half-forced to move to a farm in Hokkaido. As someone who has always lived in the city, the shift in schedules, the heavy labour, the lack of contact with the outside world, the cold, the temperamental livestock, and the rather fierce little sister are quite the ordeal.
Renge Kurosaki is your regular run-of-the-mill gyaru, but she hides a secret that she shares only with our lowly protagonist Yashiro: she loves card games.
Kuze Shunpei, a high-school student, is on spring break going to Hokkaidou when he loses his wallet. Stranded in the mountains with no money and his motorcycle having run out of gas, he passes out in the snow on the side of the road. When he wakes up he finds that he's been saved and brought to the Watarai farm, a horse ranch that breeds race horses. There he meets a host of various people, ranging from stable hands to the owner and his family (which includes four daughters). Shunpei is completely unsuited for the farm life, and his city upbringing contrasts sharply with the hard labor required to help the farm out. Yet despite all this, he tries his best to become accepted.
A beleaguered office worker finds his way to a cafe where he decries the hardships of his routine. In there, a friendly gyaru high schooler notices his lamentations and after hearing him vent out, she cheers him up the "gyaru" way and they exchange contacts. What will become of this unlikely friendship?
Gyaruko-chan always speaks her mind, which may not be the wisest decision in all cases, but it's never short of entertaining! Meet the exuberant and unbelievably busty high schooler, Gyaruko, as she traverses the ups and downs of adolescence with spirit and verve, alongside her best friends--the anti-social loner, Otako, and the unpredictably honest, Ojou.
