Hell Baby and Living Corpse have an extremely similar type of protagonist - someone thrown away by society who just wants to remember where they came from. There are other similarities that would be spoilers to bring up, so just trust me on this one.
Sanpei is tranformed into a huge poisonous bug and seeks revenge on those who bullied and mistreated him as a boy.

Both manga feature a freakish character that's shunned and cast out by their family. They're forced to live in isolation, become more alienated with mankind, and begin to ponder revenge. Both are also quite sad and depressing.
