The most AMAZING YAOI MANGA I EVER READ.

It is soooo underrated but it have so many plot and the characters.

I finished 2 minutes ago and I alredy want to re-read.

This manga is going to be my comfort manga,it's just show the reader that nobody is perfect and I don't know why but this manga feels like home for me for some strange reason.

It is romantic and not about bdsm (don't get me wrong I love mangas with bdsm) or about all day fucking and hurting each other. It's shows so many emotions and it is very very sweet and romantic for real.

Let's raise a glass to the perfectly well-balanced plot and comedic banters this story has shown us coz DA SHIT IS GOOD. I dived into the first chapter knowing nothing and as I go through it the introductions of acronyms and a considerable amount of new characters confused me, and forced me to memorise the names for the latter. Acronyms like PSTC, HPF, etc... apparently there's a separate novel written by Charlie so it's best to familiarise with those terms beforehand if you wanna invest deeply into this whole "THIRDS" universe thingy. Or in my case, just continue reading the webtoon despite the confusion.

The introductory exposition is not something I could assimilate immediately, like I get there's sort of a divide between the humans and the new mutated species "Therians”, and there's an organisation (THIRDS) created just to promote harmony amongst the races  (to show equality man, equality yeah). But I've only gotten a few glimpses of a therian shape-shifting, and there's none of those in the later chapters until somewhere in the middle where we get served an action-packed chase scene involving the Therian members from THIRDS in their animal forms collaborating with their human teammates. That was the most exciting part y'all, we get to see them transform into these wild beasts DAYUM. You'll get to see some more later on so no worries.

The plot is just the organisation members investigating the case of the humaniTHERIANS murder, there's a twist at the end and it's a good one, tho I believe we can guess who the murderer is at some point in the chapters, it's just a hunch but it's deffo that suspicious you-know-who. Ample clues are given and all the criminal acts ultimately tie to one person, you-know-who to be exact lol.

Characters wise, the villain's motivations are pretty generic but in a good sense; it's the classic blame-it-all-on one race resentment caused by a loved one's death.... yeah then proceeding to adopt a bigger ideology because said villain thinks that wouldn't be enough to quell his hatred. AS FOR THE MAIN TWO BOIS ON THE COVER, Dexter, the blonde one, is like a ray of light that shoots off laughing particles just from being a boldass lil jokster, you honestly can't hate him... or any other secondary characters bruh coz they mesh well with Dex's constant teasing. Sloane on the other hand, is a Therian hunk who can shapeshift into a black Jaguar... or is it a panther? Dun remember. Anyway so this man and Dexter are working partners, they both have one thing in common which is losing/broke off with their previous partner/lover. One thing leads to the next so yes hun they sorta find post-break up "solace" in each other. Their relationship involves a lotta teasing which is top-notch entertaining... there's like around two smut scenes so to those who are only here to thirst for the smexy smuts you'll be let down abit. The characters' interactions are GOLD that's the most praiseworthy aspect of the entire story.
