Ryunosuke and his father are running away from his crazy mother when, feeling the urge to answer nature's call, Ryunosuke finds a cute little alley cat and decides to keep it. Almost immediately after, they are caught in a fire fight with his mother's lackeys. Tragically the poor cat dies and Ryunouske is heartbroken, but luckily his inventor father just happened to bring along a deactivated robot. By placing the cat's brain in the robot, Nuku Nuku is born! Now all they have to do is teach Nuku Nuku how to behave like a normal girl instead of a super-strong, cat-brained robot, while trying to avoid a mother's wrath!

A police officer named Minami Uezono and her partner, the android Alma, infiltrate the scene of a trade going on at Tokyo Harbor for an unknown weapon named “EX-ARM.” They are then attacked by an enemy armed with the “EX-ARM” No.08. Put in this life or death situation, they decide to activate the “EX-ARM” No.00 that they stole from the enemy, and...

The beautiful and mysterious Shion transfers to Keibu High School where she quickly becomes popular for her open-hearted personality and exceptional athletic talent... but she turns out to be an AI in the testing phase. Shion's goal is to bring chronic loner Satomi “happiness.” But her strategy is something no human would expect: she serenades Satomi in the middle of the classroom. After finding out that Shion is an AI, Satomi and her childhood friend, engineering geek Toma, steadily warm up to the new student. They become more and more moved by Shion's singing voice and earnestness even as her antics bewilder them. But what Shion does for Satomi's sake ends up involving them all in some serious pandemonium.
