Both of these manga are about a girl who is forced to work of a rich girl do to tragic circumstances. Both man charcaters are great fighters who dress up as a boy for some reason. In both, the girl falls in love with a guy who thinks she is a guy. Both have a vey dramtic, serious tone to them. The relationship between the rich girl and main character is a lot better in Love in the Mask, and Dedicated to Roses is the more light hearted of the two (in my opition), but if you liked one, it is very likely you will like the other.

Both are manhwa, and gender bender manga. They both a female main character serving another girl. Both main characters are good fighters that fall in love with a boy, even though it is forbbiden. Due to similar art styles, characters and plot, you would probably like both manhwas

Fruits Basket and He's Dedicated to Roses are fairly long shoujo man(g/hw)a filled with love dodecahedrons, a giant cast (mostly of bishounen from inexplicably wealthy families who like to beat each other up), a plot that tends to veer into soap opera territory (especially HDTR), and a gimmick that actually works (genderbending or the zodiac curse). The conflict in FB is more psychological, while HDTR's is more straight up physical.

Personally, I like He's Dedicated to Roses way better than this manhwa. Cutie Boy's characters were really just too dumb and helpess for me. Almost to the point where I coulodn't stand it anymore. He's Dedicated to Roses isn't that far of a step up (as both of the leads are dumb or helpeless as well), but for some reason I just find myself liking He's Dedicated to Roses much more. There are a lot more bishies in that one too. <3

Similarities: Both manhwa, both great art, cute shoujo romance style, both involve jjangs/gangs and all that fun stuff, female lead doesn't have complete control over her life, etc. etc.

These 2 manga are similar in the fact that the main character hides their true identity by cross dressing. As well as the love aspect is similar in both 1/2 prince and he dedicated to roses the love it rest falls in love with the main character regardless of their sex. Another similarity is both these mangas are hilarious!
