In the recesses of space, countless star systems are being wiped out of existence by Genma – a space being whose goal is to put an end to all life! Genma now has its sights set on Earth, and it’s up to a psychic named Luna and other psionic warriors to put a stop to his reign of terror. Alongside a two thousand year old cyborg named Vega, Luna must set forth to find others on Earth who have similar powers, so that they may band together against the ultimate foe.
