Hanazono-sanchi no Futago-chan

Tatara Tani is an average high school first year, both in terms of grades and athleticism. He has two childhood friends that attend his school, and they're twins! The elder sister Ranko is a flashy gal, while the younger sister Yuriko is a popular idol. They had slowly become distant from Tatara, but even so he always secretly held a crush for Yuriko. One day, Yuriko suddenly asked him out on a date. This date was the beginning of a secret relationship between the twins and him!

This is one of those "Fake Romance" stories. Ranko and Tatara start pretending to date (for a reason that's honestly pretty stupid), but Tatara has a crush on Ranko's twin sister Yuriko. Yuriko isn't even trying to date anyone right now because fe's in an idol group and is disallowed from romance. There is a bit of a love triangle going on though, and the type of shenanigans one would expect from that along with the fake-romance-develops-into-real-feelings expected plotline. During chapters 1-7, Ranko still hasn't come to terms with the fact that fe actually does like Tatara, so feir main concern is just keeping up appearances with the relationship (for the stupid reasons). Then from chapter 8 onward, we get into the good part of the story--where Ranko has realized feir feelings and acts adorably bashful around Tatara. But fe feels that fe has to suppress feir bashfulness and still try to be just as affectionate as before, both in order to maintain appearances with the relationship (for the stupid reasons) but also so that Tatara doesn't realize that fe's in love with fem. Sendou has become Ranko's confidante and is pushing fem to try to actually win Tatara's heart, to be more assertive and take advantage of their time together. I'm looking forward to seeing how this relationship develops and I could imagine another couple dozen chapters or so of interesting drama, but this isn't the type of story that has long-term viability (so hopefully the author actually ends it at an appropriate time rather than dragging it out...by including additional love rivals or some crap like that). There's probably too much emphasis on the curves and hiked-up skirts. The boobs and hips feel overlarge. And there's a few gratuitous panty shots. If it was drawn better, it probably wouldn't be an issue, but as it is the art just feels strained in its attempts to include ecchiness. The faces also don't look the cutest, though the flowing hair is drawn decently well. [Reviewed at chapter 15]
