REVOLUTIONARY COMEDY. Jam-packed with Pop culture references, both from Japan and the rest of the world. Sci-Fi at its heart, Halcyon Lunch takes us on this bizarre trip of cute alien girls designed to extract resources from the Earth to aid their creators' fuel shortage. One of them arrives damaged, and thus has an insatiable hunger, eating everything that is offered to her. She meets a bankrupt homeless middle-aged dude named Gen, who takes in the ever-ravenous Hyos. Here begins the Outlandish journey of recuperating the 20 million yen that Gen lost while taking care  (miserably) of the All-consuming All-vomiting Hyos and the equally fascinating people they meet on these travels.
