10-year old Niina is special. This is because she has the memories of her past life as a girl named Chitose still intact. Among these memories is a promise with Chitose's boyfriend which Niina then decides to try and fulfill. But can she really?
It was an amazing manga! I really enjoy it whole heartedly. The story flows naturally and the twist at the end warms my heart. I love the loyalty between both of them that help fates bring them back together. I have no complain here. The art was stunning and the characters was very well played. How I wish it had more chapters! :) Please give it a look, everyone!
This is a very cute short romance manga!! The storyline of rebirth is a popular trope but it was still very unique and sweet. The art is vey clean and nice. The characters, on the other hand, are amazing in my opinion! There is so much development in such a short manga and you get to really undertstand all of the characters' backstories and personalities. I don't think there was any really boring characters, since everyone was so unique. One of my favorite things about this manga is how the main character, Niina, responds to being reborn. She doesn't staight out tell he loved ones from her past life that she is reborn. She likes to check in with them and provide them solace without reveling that she was actually reborn.
*Spoiler*After reading such a refreshing and new take on a reincarnation manga, I can only hope that in the future they can come up with content as unique as this. I loved the story, the character development and the art style! What really hit the nail on the head is that Niina chooses to separate her new memories from her old memories. How she goes about dealing with the people who were close to her in her past life was absolutely spectacular, she doesn't just go around telling everyone she was Chitose but tries to help from an outsider point of view using Niina as the way of communication. It also touches on grief quite well and shows how all the characters were effected by just one persons death. The manga gave the feeling of, " everyones life is precious so cherish yourself." While we all struggle to deal with life, you must carry on and someday it will be worth it, the same way Atsurou picked himself back up and carried on with life to eventually meet his beloved again. The ending was cute and was expected from the get go but was so pleasing and satisfying, especially seeing her brother from her past life at the wedding was a great touch. The attention to the characters was phenominal and watching each of them grow at their own pace was so relaxing and natural. An inspirational sweet love story that I fondly love and would recommend anyone to read!
