There isn't a lot I can say about this fic outside of the reasons I dropped it, so I'm going to try my best to start with the positives.  The art was great, and there was little to no pitting women against each other for the sake of plot device. I really appreciated that. The main character's "love rival" was very sweet and they got along very well, and that was a nice refreshing take on the usual "love triangle" that exists inmost mangas.  But outside of these two things, there's nothing else for me to compliment it on. I could spend hours listing all the things I didn'tlike this manga, but then we'd be here all night, so let me just tell you the reasons why I dropped it instead; the list is shorter.  The plot was snail's pace. This is usually not a problem for me. I love slow burn. HOWEVER, this fic took FORTY TWO CHAPTERS to tell absolutely nothing. There were no standout moments that could warrant a long drawn out plot, the characters, though refreshing, weren't spectacular, and so I didn't understand the need for the length. There was NO development, and in 42 chapters???  I expected more out of this, what with all the ads I kept seeing about it.  Ultimately, I dropped it at chapter 42.  This is a waste of moeny. I wouldn't recommend it to any type of reader, no matter their interest.

This story... doesn't really know what it's doing.  It starts somewhat strong with a playgirl, love-em-and-leave-em type suddenly being paired with a loser ML as his 'main wife' who he neglects, with her goal of seducing him, taking his hot bod, and leaving him out to dry(?) hopefully via returning to her original world.  If this story had continued in that vein, it would have been pretty interesting.  Between the 'plot twists' that have the story spinning in directions that make you think the author was drunk, irredeemable choices made by the ML that make him worse than garbage, and characters who have a set, obvious personality but then the author decides 'nah, let's make them have a sudden personality swap for no reason whatsoever' "Girl Jock Empress" is decidedly below average.  Actually, as a whole, it's straight-up bad.

Review:  Just a so and so story for me. The plot looks light but it seems that there's an underlying darker theme as the story progresses. Funny interactions for the characters, but the emperor is a bit foolish for my tastes also in terms of how he handles his love life.Mc is such a badass tho. Synopsis: College hottie girl got reincarnated as a hated empress. She plans on surviving the harem until she finds a way out of there and back to her world. And she plans on seducing her virgin husband who rly likes his concubine.
