They both give off the same spooky vibe and like Naru the maine character hunts "Allegorys" although (Hanako and the Terror of Allegory) is more suited for an older group of readers it has comedy and (Hanako and the Terrorr of Allegory) doest have "Ghost" it has what’s called "Allegorys" witch is very similar to “ghost” not much of a deference really

These series are extremely similar in many ways, as well as very different. While Gost Hunt deals with regular ghosts, Hanako is about urban legends.

They both have that lovely creepiness that makes them worth reading.

If you liked one you're sure to like the other.

Like Ghost Hunt, Shinrei Tantei Yakumo has both elements of ghosts and detective-work. There is also an underlying theme of romance between the two main characters.

The male character, Yakumo, is very similar to Naru. They both are quiet, rude at times, honest, reserved, and very egotistical.

The female lead character, like Mai, is level-headed, smart, stubborn, and has a knack for getting into trouble.

Mail

Mail

Private detective Reiji Akiba has a theory about those awkward moments and weird coincidences we all encounter in life. They are actually encounters with the dead; their way of sending us a message. But you may not want to open such strange mail from beyond - not unless you can see the ghostly attachment, like Akiba can. And not unless you carry a gun that can kill what isn't alive, like Akiba's aptly named Kagutsuchi, "the tool between God and earth"... digging a divine grave to lay to rest the evil dead.
