the story is ok. the MC is somewhat OP, making the story quite light-hearted. the MC is also quite arrogant, but this is one of the rare times where arrogance doesn't infuriate me but is actually almost amusing (my opinion). again, light-hearted. the biggest issue is that this story lacks depth. everything is fairly simple and straigth forward. read it if this sounds good, but if you're looking for a serious cultivation story, skip it. - this was written at chapter 67

If you can stand a bad start and an annoying an pedantic MC, then it's decent enough.The story is about a Crow that returns to the sect of a former pupil to fulfill a promise he made of watching over the sect after the pupil was gone and the sect was in danger. The start is of this Crow having become a kid and using an order plaque to gain the prime disciple spot in the sect. From there is mostly the MC acting unruly and annoying pretty much everyone he meets. The immortal and wise crow is surely a brat for all his years. Also, I'm not sure where it will go since the Crow is there to make the sect strong as far as I can tell, so I don't know if it's about him getting stronger or raising the orange hair dude to power.That aside, it's the classic story of a sect starting low and regaining it's prime, it's not a great story, but it ain't bad either. The cast is mostly likeable, thou there are quite a bit of a**holes, as usual in this kind of stories. The MC, well, enough about him. So far there is no FL, unless the princess is her, but it doesn't look like it, and him being a crow, maybe there won't be one.Art is ok, the action is surprisingly ok, the little there is (so far, 63ch) and the pace so far is rather good for the lack of fights.Overall, it's rather mediocre, but an ok read if you have time on your hands and you are into cultivation stories, just be patient with the first few chapters.

This manhua is quite good. The main character is overpowered from the start. Fight scenes are well portrayed. All characters have a little bit of personality. Plot moves at a decent pace so it never get's boring. The world building is also on point. If you are into op main character stuff then this manhua is for you.
