Though Drifting Classroom deals with kids vs adults, both have a similar initial premise: a bunch of people suddenly find themselves transported to a barren world with various dangers to deal with (creatures, environment, etc).

Drifting Classroom is pretty brutal on the characters as well, and on the bright side it's lacking the horrendous gang rape that Drifting Net Cafe 'shares' with you -_-. So hey, it's better, check it out.

Drifting Net Cafe and Suicide Island are two survival manga that present the worst aspects of society when it comes to rape. Nauseating as a woman to read either of these. Most definitely a similar feel and theme, though the survival story itself differs.
