If you like shoot-em-up, high-octane action scenes, then you'll probably enjoy this manga. There are four short stories, each climaxing in an intense shoot-out (or sword-fight, in the case of the third story). Personally, that type of stuff isn't the biggest draw for me. But I did very much enjoy the characters in this manga. Mihai is a badass, but with a compassionate side. Badou feels like fe's both unlucky and lucky at the same time, and gave me Trigun vibes. Magato and Heine are both decent and have tragic backstories and stuff, but I didn't latch onto them quite as much as those other two characters. For what it's worth (as a content warning), there is a near-rape scene and some nudity in chapter 3 as well as several disturbing moments throughout of violence and murder and stuff. These darker elements generally help add to the impact in the stories, though some of them (like that near rape scene) do feel like they're edgy just for the sake of edge.

Well, that was a good prequel to the main makings to be honest , they introduced every each one of the 4 main characters by telling us their past their stories and how they related to each other
