Similar setting, MC was executed in past life for her sins and gets reborn. She swears that she will do things differently now that she has a second chance.
well, just warning >.< if you hate the prince, then drop it after reading upto 6, you know what i mean
Both deal with reincarnation. The female protagonists also want to better themselved the second time they go through life and are focused on improving themselves. They also both want to distance themselves from the prince because of incidents that had occured in their first lives.
Amazing good fantastic cool beautiful marviloum funtabulous
Wow hurraah Alas................................................................................ Aq1 QA ÀÀ
both are great i recommend
I think this is a very good recommendation beacause both mangas are very similar and are amazing overall.
both have beautiful art and revolve around the protagonist reincarnating and trying to live their lives as better people
Both have the same Kind of vibe, both go back on time and at the same have different stories that are very interesting.
Both MC are girls in historical time setting. They are also trying to both avoid a marry the prince so they wont meet a awful demise. Both characters are strong intelligent, hardworking, and nice gaining support along the way. If you read either on of these mangas i sure you would love it.
there really similar in art styles and there both relly good. They both aree about two girls who get a second chance at life
Both manga include a female MC who goes back in time after being executed by the love of their life, the MC tries their best to avoid their previous fate, and them defying others expectations while also gaining the approval of the one they love. The only difference is that The Abandoned Empress' MC doesn't die twice and only once while in Doctor Elise, the MC dies, gets reborn on Earth and becomes a surgeon, then dies again, and with the knowledge she has tries to fix what she did wrong.
Common aspects: Both of the stories are isekai or reincarnation has a common trope. The main characters they attempt to improve their current lives to avoid what will happen in the future. Both characters belong to noble family but both of the are not haughty in their second life. They also seem to avoid the princes whom they married in their first life. Lastly, at the end of the day, they are people who just try to defy their fate.
I'm reading both, each is unique and wonderful in its own way but both have similar prompts that each take different paths. If you are at all interested in the theme of one you will definitely enjoy the other. This is a great recommendation for someone who has read one of them and is looking for another story in this genre.
Its about rencarnation and both of FL are survive and be more good than the past of their life. Both of ML will fallin in love with the heroin
Both of the female leads after their death go back to an earlier point in their lives after dying in a horrible way.
In their past/original life the male leads were cold to them, even after getting married, it was one-sided love which left them scarred.
In their new life, they try to avoid the ML however fate draws them together and the FL realises that they're new lives aren't quite the same as the original.
Both of the stories are well developed though the premise is similar as it goes on they both become very unique and fn, Doctor Elise focuses more on her work as a doctor and the difficulties with it whilst The Abandoned Empress explores the main characters trauma from her previous life and new relationships more.
I recommend them both especially if your new to these Korean reincarnation manhwas, they're great to read and have beautiful art.
Both go back in time.
Both wants to live the life they want to.
The politics is fun for both of them.
Both of them are kind of royals.
Both main characters try to avoid being an Empress and follow different paths (medicine and knighthood). But somehow, they still ended up being Empresses.
They are both smart and strong in. Their own ways but are good anyways I recommend both because of how good they are and the art is kinda good in both
Both have same basic premise that main protagonist dies based on her behavior, returns to her youth and with the knowledge bahaves differently which leads to different results.
The beautiful Athanasia was killed at the hands of her own biological father, Claude de Alger Obelia, the cold-blooded emperor! It’s just a silly bedtime story… until one woman wakes up to suddenly find she’s become that unfortunate princess! She needs a plan to survive her doomed fate, and time is running out. Will she go with Plan A, live as quietly as possible without being noticed by the infamous emperor? Plan B, collect enough money to escape the palace? Or will she be stuck with plan C, sweet-talking her way into her father’s good graces?!
both female mcs use their past knowledge to either make amends and strive to be a better version of themselves or to survive a cruel fate that awaited them
They both share an another world feature but if you want something more funny and less romantic yet still having that serious undertone Who made me a princess is perfect for you
Although they aren’t necessarily similar, they give off the same pleasant, satisfying vibe. Both stories are about meaningful journey towards changing the fate placed upon a person. In this sense, they are easy to relate to one another. I also suggest Lady Baby. It’s quite similar in terms of themes with both these manga as well!
Both are very different takes on the isekai genre while still holding a similar appeal, Elise is someone originally from the world she reincarnates to now with experience as a doctor on earth while Athy is a korean girl reincarnated to a world she's only vaguely familiar with due to the novel. Elise's primary appeal is in its romance and her developing relationships with the people around her like her family and colleagues, while Who made me a princess is alll about athy's bond with her villain of a father and her hilarious personality.
They're both fun to read for both vicarious and entertainment purposes, there's something gentle and thrilling to be found in both. They both reincarnate at different ages too so it's very interesting to see how they go about things in different ways! Also I love the art in both.
I think this manga is so lovely. This manga's main characters past life was not happy. But she has a chance to change everything. So that is why i think this manga is lovely. Keep going admin's good luck
Both deal with reincarnation and both MCs try to survive their own way by avoiding execution. Though Dr.Elise does it by distancing herself from the prince while WMMAP MC does it by getting closer to the emperor.
All honestly, the two stories are very different yet similar in some aspects... Doctor Elise is about the FL tries to become a full-time doctor while also breaking off her engagement with the crown prince because of her past-past life. On the otherhand, Who Made Me A Princess is a story about a modern era girl reincarnated into one of the characters inside of a novel that entails about a very cold,...scary king. The person of which she reincarnated into is the supposed unloved/ unfavoured/ or just straight-out the person the king hates the most despite she hasn't technically done anything. Well, for her to survive, the moment she had first met the king, she tries to gain his favours to avoid her imidiate death from the king..... ALL IN ALL, they both talk about a hardworking lady trying to change their supposed doom future through hardwork. THEY BOTH HAVE ROMANCE but the WHO MADE ME A PRINCESS doesn't prioritize that much but instead with familial love between a parent and a child instead.
HONESTLY, JUST READ IT. THEY BOTH HELLA GOOD
both reincarnation stories
both have cute smart female leads.
both have evil men who learn to love
They aren't super similar. WMMAP? is more of a father-daughter relationship and Doctor Elise doesn't. But they both have some kind of reincarnation and use the knowledge they have to help them in the strange world.
Kim Jihyun, who lived his life as a disreputable surgeon, gains a second chance to relive his life. He then goes back to his middle school days, and live his life to the fullest unlike before, he studies nonstop. His goal is to become a dermatologist who make lots of money instead of the poor surgeon he was from previous life!
both manga are about two doctors who are reïncarnated. although Doctor Elise takes place in a less modern time and is more focused on the wellbeing of the country/ŕomantic relationships, both are very similar
the main characters are both skilled doctors. both are isekai. both want to help the sick whatever the cost may be.
yes. just yes. but Dr.Elise has colonial ages whilst medical return is in modern-day. Also, romance is handled similarly; as in they didn't end up well. Also reincarnation as the same person.
It should be first since it has more in common with the manga than the other recommendations.
While this story isnt set back in time, it's still the main character stunning everyone with their abilities to do medical things super well and their amazing knowledge. If you like doctor elise I GUARANTEE that you'll love this as well
Both medical related. They're fun to read and it's about reincarnation with knowledge from their previous life.
Crossing over into another world and time after a freak accident, Korean highschool girl Sabina is taken in by a duke of the Crentia kingdom— only to soon be offered up to the ugly old emperor as a concubine. When the king is killed by a mysterious assassin, Sabina must face the poisonous circle of other candidates in a battle for the royal seat. Can she attract the loyalty and affection of the men and women she needs on her side to survive?
Similar ties with royalty in another world, rebirth/or being transported to another world, and being queen/empress in another world.
They both have very similar ties and beautiful art styles. I would definitely recommend readers to both of these amazing works.
first of all it is finished and also has a side story which helps is undrestand more about the future of the character and their kids. there is humour and alot of romance and the art is very beutiful so i reccomend this for anyone that wants satisfactory bc it is finished and has a great story.
Mainly because they both have a strong main female character. There is also the fact of them both having isekai in them.
Iris, an otome game addict with no time for romance, gets hit by a truck after getting out of work–but instead of dying, she finds herself in the world of a game she'd played just hours earlier. However, she's not reborn as the game's protagonist, the main heartthrob of the harem. Instead, she starts her new life as the antagonist, right at the moment she's being sent to live in a nunnery–for the rest of her life!
'Doctor Elise: The Royal lady with the lamp' and 'Koushaku Reijou no Tashinam' have strong, independent female MC's with knowledge from a past life and use it for good.
Both try to change their fate by using knowledge of their profession in previous worlds. For DE its medical knowledge for dukes daughter its finances.
Just like with Doctor Elise, the Duke's Daughter is also a hardworking person who strives for her people. Truthbetold, if there wasn't any romance in the story, I would still read and love it because I found all of their hardwork to be "realistic" and not those typical "OP protagonists" stuff.
Both of their artstyle are beautiful which is also a plus points them but if you are an impatient type of person then I suggest to try not have your hopes up when expecting to read a new update for Duke's Daughter because it updates slowly but.... it does.....you just need to be a little more patient.
Both series work with reincarnation of main female protagonist and her usage of modern knowledge to amaze people around.
Poisoned to death by her own betrothed?! Eunha didn’t wake up in a novel’s story just to get killed off again as an unfortunate extra! To change her story she needs a cover… 6 months pretending to be the fake fiancée of the novel's male protagonist, Duke Noah Wynknight. But will this cold-hearted, angel-faced demon of a man really help her avoid another ill-fated ending?!
they both have a main female character who take their lives into their own hands. they both have cold-hearted male love interests who fall in love with the main character before they begin to like them back
They both have female characters who try to change their fate by themselves. Both are enjoyable and have a solid storyline.
The protagonist is smart and reasonable and their personality isn't fake like other fake white lotus . The main male character is a tusundere and doesn't like it when the second male lead is with her ( in both story ) . The story is interesting and cute with easy to understand politics ( about the empire )
In both stories main female character utilize their knowledge of future to take their fate into their own hands.
It’s a rude insult when lowly and headstrong servant Edna comes to marry Duke Eli, instead of the noble daughter he expected. But the ambitious maid hides an even bigger secret behind her obvious ruse – one that could change the kingdom’s very history. Can the two find freedom, redemption – and love – without drawing their swords on each other?
Both have strong and smart female lead characters. Both have more knowledge/skills than they should in subjects that one wouldn’t expect from them. Both stories have standoffish or mean male characters that the main character is supposed to marry who seem to soften because of her. Also both stories are not set in today’s time period but rather in the past.
Both stories are recommended to read! Both lead MC's are strong willed, smart and magnanimous to the people in their community ❤️❤️ Both have learned from their past mistakes and regrets, making it right with their current situations and circumstances~ Although L&S is not 'isekai' in genre but DE is. BOTH ARE VERY GOOD STORIES YOU WILL TRULY LIKE 😁
The protagonists of both manhwas are talented and reasonable in many ways. Both story lines provide the similar feeling too. I highly recommended to read both if you like either of them.
Kasiya Del Roman is a soldier crafted to become an assassin. She lost her human emotions long ago and lived her life as a simple tool, just to be thrown away in her final moments. She couldn’t even die a proper death as she opened her eyes to a battlefield of a different world. Will she live the same life she did in her original world?
A murder victim is reborn, fully conscious of her past life, as a king’s unwanted daughter in a new world where despite the end of all wars and advancement of science, misogyny reigns.
This story is same as they say I was born a king's daughter both the Female mc rise and gain power but compare to both they say I was born a king's daughter is good
Doctor elise: this manwa was based on a real life events. Elise is a very sweet character towards her future husband and compassionate to the people around her. The story itself is very interesting to read, a mix of adventure, romance, shoujo and ikemen. Although updates takes some time, its all worth it :)
17 years after her own reincarnation, Adelaide hears that a dimensional traveler has suddenly arrived at the imperial palace. Just the jolt of excitement my boring life needed, she thought! Attending the debutant ball to meet this new Susanne, Adelaide ends up making a deal with the handsome duke Felix: become his “fake” fiancée so he can keep the gold-digging Susanne away from him! There're a few things that's different, but much the stories are quite similar motif.
