Do You Like Big Girls?

Tachibana Souta jumps from one part-time job to the next, just coasting through life. He’s unremarkable except for being pretty short. One day, he’s roped into a new gig: working as a gopher for his older sister’s college volleyball team! Suddenly surrounded by a bunch of voluptuous women who all tower over him, Souta finds himself the subject of more female interest than he’s ever had. First, he has to figure out which girl he even wants to try to get with…and then he has to make sure their big, athletic bodies don’t actually destroy him in the act!

One the one hand, this manga explores the very real human condition of height discrimination. On the other hand, it's hentai. Page after page of hentai. tl;dr - If you're looking for a slice of life, occasional laugh out loud, eromanga with the a litte sports content and incest thrown in for good measure, this series is for you. Somewhere between Chapter 30 and 40, you'll wonder why you're still reading it and yet you'll push on to the end because no one likes a quitter and the tits are juicy. Early on, Goro Aizome offers the reader genuine commentary on self expression, body image, and how we allow our perceptions of other's opinions to define who we are. For better or for worse though, these ideas are wrapped in page after page of explicit sex, fan service, and shallow characters. IMHO, it's unneccesary but hey - sex sells, right? As the story progresss, it devolves into sex, fan service, and tired manga tropes for the sake of selling more books. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy that all of the characters, short and tall, are getting some after long droughts of no intimacy or sex. Many people need and crave physical and emotional connections in order to live a healthy life. I just think that it would be much better if there was actual intimacy, the relationships were interesting and more realistic, and the complexity of body image and sex was explored throughout the series. Other than the incest related stuff, which doesn't add anything to the story other than make it uncomfortable and weird, the sex scenes are fine if you accept that everyone is using one another to feel better about themselves. There's no romance or love - it's just page after page of horny people scratching an itch. The scenes are numerous but brief and feature everything from blowjobs, a variety of positions, breast play, nursing, cuddling, threesomes, dom/sub play, molesting, and if you're kink is volleyball net bondage, you're in for a treat because it's got that too. For the most part, the art is enjoyable but I do wish more attention was given to backgrounds, locations, and the sports action scenes. Cityscapes and beach trips are as generic as they come - which isn't a surprise given the actual focus of this series - tits. This series could have been so much more but it is what it is - tits, incest, dick shaped clouds, and a few laughs.
