The Vampire Bund, a peaceful island nation of vampires off the coast of Tokyo, ruled by Princess Mina Tepes, has seen its share of conflict and turmoil. And yet there are times of relative tranquility when the Bund is a popular tourist destination during daylight hours. When two teenage tourists, Garcia Fujisaki and his reckless host friend Masaki, ditch their group to find a vampire who will turn Masaki, it's Garcia who pays the price. Awakening as an unwilling creature of the night, Garcia finds himself entangled with a seedy band of terrorists looking to destroy the only known cure for vampirism. Garcia must find the cure and administer it within forty-eight hours, or his condition is irreversable!

The villain is a talking baby and looks fucking ridiculous. Had to immediately drop the "dive" spinoff series after turning the page and seeing him. Too much to swallow.
This 2 volume series fits perfectly into the world of the Vampire Bund. The introduction of Akira Garcia Fujisaki and his friendship with our main character Akira, has added more depth to a brilliant series. I only read this series after I had read all 14 volumes of the main series and before "Memories of the Sledge Hammer". So far the "Dance in the Vampire Bund" is by far the best of the Manga I have ever read. I am looking forward to the next series "Dance in Vampire Bund II: Scarlet Order".
